Positive: We loved the location, cleanliness of the room, clean bathroom, the most comfortable bed I have slept on, great and helpful staff, lifts working, great service when needed. Easy 5* Negative: Very minor but had to wait for my door reader to have new batteries put in. Waited a long 15mins but they apologised so its all good. Point is I couldnt get into our room after a long sweaty day. It was resolved eventually. This didnt ruin the lovely experience

Positive: El personal un 10. Nos escribieron por WhatsApp para informarme de todo. Atención excelente. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas el último día en su oficina. Súper antentos y serviciales en todo momento durante toda la estancia. La piscina perfecta, un oasis, limpia y más grande que en la foto. Zona ajardinada para relajarse, muy limpio. El edificio es moderno y limpio, con aire acondicionado. Negative: Todo perfecto. Muchas gracias.

Positive: L'équipe du front desk était extrêmement sympathique et facilitatrice, avec toujours le sourire. Negative: Les chambres sont larges et confortables mais pas très modernes en termes de déco. La localisation est top.
