All Staff are bad
Positive: The cafe downstairs
The room plus seating area
Negative: Boiler didnt work as there was no conversion socket for it, we asked for it many many times but they never brought and said they dont have, they could have bought it from any nearby shop
We had delay in flight to next day, I informed them but they didnt care and still charged the room, spoke to them when I arrived without any benefit
The corridors and things are very narrow and dirty
Also we asked for a blanket and they only provide it the next day
Overall, will never stay there again
